  Very kind and understanding reception staff. Have been going there for a while and reception ladies are always so accommodating and helpful. Drs are friendly. My main Dr is Dr De Castro- I have been seeing him for a while now. He has always listened to my concerns and provided amazing and profession practice. The nurse is so kind and patient. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else! Best practice on the Gold Coast.

  I was recently on holiday at the coast and came down with a terrible cold. Not wanting to miss out on any time at the beach, I popped in to Doctors @ Pacific Fair for anything that could help. As soon as I walked in, I was met by a lovely girl at reception who made me feel very looked after. I had barely sat down before I was called in to see the first available doctor, who understood that I just wanted to get back to my well old self as soon as possible. Before I knew it, I was well stocked up with meds and on my way. The best part was that the pharmacy was mere steps away. The whole experience was so quick, painless and easy that I cannot recommend Doctors @ Pacific Fair enough! I was dreading sitting in a waiting room for hours while on holiday but the staff at Doctors @ Pacific Fair took excellent care of me. 10 out of 10!
